Requests for individual repair diagnosis
We are not able to diagnose faults on individual vehicles by email. Vans Guru publishes general technical information for a broad audience, and a reliable diagnosis depends on inspecting the vehicle, reading live data and confirming the exact engine code and specification.
If your van has a fault that needs identifying, please use a qualified technician or an auto-electrical or diesel specialist who can test the vehicle directly. If a fault affects braking, steering, suspension, fuel lines or anything else that could make the van unsafe, stop using the vehicle and have it inspected.
